Part 1 .. Cici (Yifan) Zhang .. SHOCK! the American Dream in Nike!

 Hello everyone! This is Cici😋😋😋 !!! Today i am going to talk about the application of the American Dream in Nike😱!
  Some people💁hold a view that the American Dreams are idealistic that is hard for people to achieve💦, others👀may think that the having American Dreams are same as setting goals to push themselves make efforts towards it💪. 

From my👸 perspective, the American Dreams is realistic for a certain group of people 👬who only have definite economic foundation and own a certain amount of money in reserve💃, which gives them a guide and pushes them struggle more to reach it. 

  For instance, when I was young about ten years old, the goal for my father is to own a house located in center position in Beijing😈. After setting it, my father quitted the job being a teacher at university and went to a foreign company with higher salary✊. Finally, with the previous deposits in our family, the ambition was achieved!!! when I was 16-year-old. As most people considering, houses prices in Beijing is extremely high, even some people who have no economic foundation cannot afford to buy an apartment all their life. Thus, the American Dream is only realistic for people who have a certain economic resource and drives them make more efforts, rather than adapt it to the poor😢😢😢. 

 

 The video, “Dream With Us”, Nike’s advertisement, conveys a message that no matter how ambitious your dreams look like, only if you insist and make an effort to reach it, you would succeed eventually. The advertisement starts as demonstrating a scene that a group of girls in Nike tracksuits are trained to run before the sun rises, with raising a question that “What's your dream”. And then listing a series of examples, such as “To win championships?" and“Do you want to be a bigger athlete than Serena Williams" to show the girls'ambitious dreams. Both the expression of these common girls and their grand dreams are embodiment of the American Dreams. Next, Nike uses several shots to illustrate those people's different conditions, which shows their unremitting persistence and struggles. At last, the girls finally board the great sports competition and win a number of people's supports and cheers, which means they get success and achieve their dreams! 

The advertisement describes the whole process of achieving the American Dream to promote their brand, from which the American Dreams is presented in a realistic and positive way. At the same time, the advertisement encourages people who have the economic resources to set ambitious targets and make more efforts to make them come true🙌. However, whatever sending their children to the training or buying clothes of Nike, people need a certain amount of money as the economic foundation. For those who are poor and have no money, all these could be an illusion and unrealistic💧💧💧. In a conclusion, the success of the girls'dreams implies people that the authenticity of the American Dreams only if under the premise of having economic foundation, which tells people that insisting their American Dreams is a way to get success.
